Fan Type
Fan wheel shall be centrifugal, backward curved, steel and single inlet. Drive type: Belt drive
Standard & Specification
BCSD design and production shall pass the certification of General Usage Centrifugal Fan technical Specification" (GB/T13275-91). Wheel excessive speed test shall pass the certification of Fan Wheel Excessive Speed Test Method (JB/T 6445-2005); Fan examination shall be tested according to Ventilation Aerodynamic Performance Test Method (GB 1236-85).Welding shall pass the certification of General Welding Quality Test (JB/TQ 330-1983).
Wheel
 Wheel shall be centrifugal, backward curved, steel, fully welded.The wheel shall be balancing tested statically and dynamically to level G2.5 as AMCA standard.The fan shall keep stable airflow and low noise at maximum speed.   The fan shall effectively avoid performance reduction with operating point slide.
Fan Housing
Fan housing shall be constructed of steel, the thickness and strength shall be strong enough to support weight at maximum operating speed. Fan housing shall be continuously welded; the housing and shaft shall add shaft seal for preventing air leakage.
An access door must be provided to remove possible debris inside of the scroll.
Inlet
Fan inlet shall be strictly designed according to aerodynamic performance, the surface shall be smooth and streamline with good rectification results, effectively reduce turbulence, improve fan efficiency, reduce noise.
surface treatment
Fan surface shall be polished, debris, welding dreg, burr, sharp side, iron filling, and greasy dirt shall be cleared, and then electrostatically applied epoxy powder coating or high temperature resistant coating [apply to high temperature]]. The surface polish shall be over than or equal 70% after coating, the surface shall not be unsmooth and flowing in hanging, crackle, rough skin, and phenomenon of coming off. With available operating mode in the apparatus, the fan shall not be rotten and rusty within 10 years.
High temperature resistant coating shall be tested according to Coating High Temperature Resistant Test (GB/1735-79)[only apply to high temperature coating]
Belt drives 
Fan shaft shall be finish machining, hardening & tempering. The hardness shall be HB370. The maximum velocity shall be designed to at least exceed 25% of the maximum fan operation. The shaft shall have shaft cover.
Pulley shall be constructed of cast-iron; Fan pulleys shall be sized for a minimum of 150% of driving power.
Two bearings shall be used to support fan shaft. The bearings shall be selected for a minimum (L80,000) life in excess of 80,000 hours at maximum cataloged operating velocity. Bearing type shall be permanently sealed and lubricable.
Motor
Motor shall be closely matched to the fan load, IP54, and insulation class F.The motor bearings shall be re-lubricable ball type.Motor and drives shall be out of airflow, avoiding grease or dirt accumulation.
Nameplate
Nameplate: Permanently fixed aluminum nameplate shall be fixed on fan body clearly display fan mark, product model and serial number (i.e.: unique ID for each fan), so that the customer can use this number to find out the parts used.
Acceptable manufacturers
INFINAIR or equivalent.  Design based on INFINAIR model BCSM.
